
Joshua Newman
Josh Newman is a vice president in the Client Computing Group (CCG) and the general manager of Client Product Management at Intel Corporation. He works with Intel product architects and design engineers, PC manufacturers and customers to deliver new microprocessor platforms that enable next generation laptop and desktop PC experiences.
Newman first joined Intel in 1992 as an electrical engineer and contributed to the design of several generations of microprocessor products, then continued to numerous technical and leadership positions throughout the company. Recently, Josh led the creation of Intel’s Project Athena and Intel® Evo™ platform programs.
Newman received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan and earned his MBA from the University of California Davis in 2000.
