Jooli Atkins is the Change Management Lead within Digital Partnering (DP) in the Transformation Directorate of NHS England. Jooli provides support to a number of NHS Digital Transformation Programmes on change management – an area she is particularly passionate about. A qualified Change Management practitioner, she has more than 30 years’ experience of leading change management and learning and development projects and initiatives in many sectors and organisations and has been instrumental in the creation and development of a change management toolkit to support the NHS with digital transformation projects. In April 2023, she won the ‘Best Capability Builder – Public Sector 2023’ award for her work reconceptualising digital transformations as organisational transformations.
David Rawle is the Chief Technology Officer at Bytes. He began his IT career in 1998 at the age of 22, joining a forward-thinking company that embraced internet-based technology. Transitioning from a science lab technician to an IT team member sparked his passion for IT security. Over 25 years, he has advanced through roles including Security Implementation Consultant, Pre-Sales Consultant, Team Lead, Manager, and Technical Director, eventually becoming Joint MD of Bytes Security Partnerships before assuming his current role. As CTO, David partners with vendors and customers to drive technology adoption and innovative solutions for business success today.
