Microsoft strives to create experiences that are accessible and welcoming to everyone. We are committed to engaging with attendees to determine effective and reasonable accommodations, adjustments, or modifications that allow our attendees with disabilities to participate in our events.
- Fully accessible venue and facilities (passenger elevators, accessible restrooms, and automatic doors)
- Event amenities include access to Quiet Space, a dedicated low-sensory room for attendees to escape the noise and excitement of the event to reset and self-regulate in a calm and quiet setting.
- Designated Priority Seating and Areas in all rooms for accessibility considerations for vision, hearing, and mobility accommodations
- Menus with inclusive dietary offerings as well as pre-ordered meals for attendees requiring specific needs
- Accommodations team to support accessibility and dietary inquiries and requests, pre-event and onsite during the event
